Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is typically 10–15 business days, depending on your location and courier delays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy seasons, promotions, or due to factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver within South Africa. If we are unable to deliver to your area, we will contact you as soon as possible.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees R99 (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. From time to time, we may run promotions that include free shipping.
5. Tracking Your Order
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a short time for tracking information to update.
6. Delays & Incorrect Addresses
PixelPilotZA is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or incorrect/incomplete delivery addresses supplied by the customer. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order.
Return Policy
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging (where possible)
- Include all accessories, parts, and manuals (if applicable)
- Include proof of purchase / order number
3. Non-Returnable Items (if applicable)
For hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. This may include personal care items, earphones, wearable accessories, or other products clearly marked as non-returnable.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible (preferably within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly by us. We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.
Refunds
1. Inspection & Approval
Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you whether your return has been approved.
